Rossese di Dolceacqua

Made using our home grown Rossese grapes, Rossese di Dolceacqua is arguably the finest red wine made in Liguria. Brightly coloured with a fresh, tangy palate, along with notes of blackcurrant and herbs. Fans of lighter-style Pinot Noir wines will find this red wine quite intriguing.

Rossese wine serving suggestions

This wine pairs nicely with firm fleshed fish, like salmon, and is perfect with the Ligurian local dish braised rabbit with olives. It also goes well with tomato-based pasta dishes.

I Gumbi Monocultivar Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A high quality extra virgin olive oil, with an intense yellow colour, delicate aroma and a slightly sweet almond favour. It is produced from our own Taggiasca olives, respecting old, traditional extracting methods.

This is a finishing olive oil and should not be cooked. Use on salads, pasta, meat or fish. Or eat like a true Italian and keep it on the table as a garnish for any (and every) dish!
